This option allows you to export all of your Groove IM message in one single RTF (RichText) file which you can view in Microsoft Word or Wordpad.
This option is useful if you have hundreds of messages and you do not wish to create hundreds of files to save each of your messages.
As all messages are combined in one file, there needs to be a way to separate this messages. The default way is to have each message on its own page. That means two messages are seperated by a page break. You can change this behavior by checking Show Advanced Options at the start and selecting separation method in following screen:
